Kevin Larkin

Kevin Larkin has 18 years of experience in the civil infrastructure field, working on projects in site design, land development, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, landscape design, roadway design, water transmission, and sanitary sewer transmission. Kevin is a specialist in earthwork and grading, and he excels at devising creative solutions to site design challenges. He is passionate about technology and has used his extensive knowledge and experience to teach courses in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infraworks, AutoCAD Map 3D, and Storm and Sanitary Analysis.

Kevin is the Design Manager and Assistant Office Manager for the Lititz office of ARRO Consulting, Inc., a leading engineering, environmental, information technology, and management consulting firm headquartered in Lancaster County with six strategically located offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland. From sustaining water resources, to managing public works and developing parks, ARRO has been dedicated to meeting the technical needs of public and private sector clients since 1946.
