Darin Green

Darin has over 20 years of CAD experience, joining Synergis in 2008 as the first dedicated Helpdesk technician for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) design applications, where he quickly developed his knowledge and expertise to become the Director of Customer Support. Before joining Synergis, Darin worked in the land development/design industry as a CAD Specialist. Darin is an Autodesk Certified AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Revit Architecture Professional, and earned his degree in Computer Programming from Delaware County Community College.

In his role as Director of Customer Support, Darin manages the Synergis Helpdesk team while monitoring the Helpdesk queue, supporting escalated clients, providing customer feedback to product management, and serving on various leadership committees. In his time at Synergis, Darin has helped more than 700 customers solve their product support issues, while working on exciting new projects and support offerings to help Synergis customers stay ahead and improve the level of services provided by his team.
